Managing expectations, exercising self-care, building self-identity in the face of uncertainties, developing life meaning, and accepting loss and lack of control, are fundamental to maintaining healthy relationships and resilience. The focus of my work is supporting teens, adults, and couples in making positive changes toward greater life balance, resilience, and acceptance, while exploring meaning and purpose, in order to live authentically.

Since September 2018, I have served as a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Megan A. Ellis, LPC (VA #0701004749).  From October 2016 to August 2018, I have served as a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Thomas F. Lamp, LPC (VA #0701004499), at New Directions Counseling Group, in Falls Church, VA.  As a Resident in Counseling, I have worked with teens, adults, and couples facing issues of grief, depression, anxiety, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), anger management, caregiver fatigue, codependency, relationship conflict and/or betrayal, and life transitions.
I provide meaning-centered therapy for teens, adults, and couples using supportive and evidence-based treatments.  As your counselor, I will provide you the safe space to explore your values, grief, thoughts, and feelings and receive nonjudgmental professional support.

I am currently not accepting new clients at this time.
